Review of the year of Fromagerie Amstutz 2022

We have every reason to be grateful for the past year and are aware that this cannot be taken for granted. The war in Ukraine shakes us and often leaves us powerless. This makes it all the more important that we do what we can. We care for our neighbours, for the environment and, together with our family and a strong team, we pursue the vision of Fromagerie Amstutz. From the bottom of our hearts, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

We thank you for your trust and the good cooperation. Since the merge of Fromagerie Amstutz with Gaudis AG, we have mastered many changes. We are happy about our team and the next challenges.

This year, Fromagerie Amstutz took part in various cheese festivals such as the Fête de la Tête de Moine, the Swiss Cheese Awards as well as the cheese festival in Basel and won various prizes such as the golden Girolle. The Tête Dure launched this year and the Moron Bio won diplomas at the Swiss Cheese Awards. The direct exchange with the end consumers has brought a lot of joy and inspiration. We owe the organisation of the events and the success of our products to the great commitment of the entire team.

We are also pleased with the successful relocation of the Beromünster site to Fornet-Dessous. Since the first of December, we have concentrated all activities from production to finishing at our headquarters and place of origin since 1956. This allows us to unite every step of our value chain, from milk procurement and production to affinage and packaging, under one roof in Fornet-Dessous.
